WT-009MQJ Board Book Trimmer Cutting Machine is designed for die cutting of various book shapes and holes, widely applied in manufacturing children's books, board books, notebooks, saddle stitch books, paperback books, hardcover book, etc.
1.Sheet feeding unit: It only needs to place books on the conveying belt, the books can be automatically transferred to the designated position;
2.Automatic alignment unit: After the book is fed to designated position by motor driven conveying belt, KEYENCE sensor checks the position of the book and the SMC cylinder aligns it to ensure accurate positioning;
3.Servo driven clamping unit: High torque servo motor driven clamping mechanism moves in reciprocating motion to transfer the books into die cutting station;
4.Die cutting unit: A range of die cutting tools is available to accommodate various book sizes, the height of cutting tool is adjustable according to the thickness of the book;
5.Book collection unit: Finished books are transferred by conveying belt for manual collection;
