1. Components
The whole machine is mainly composed of 16T punching machine, belt conveying line, module, clamping structure and receiving conveying line.
2. Structure description
16T punching machine: used to install molds and die-cut books, which is the power source of the die-cutting machine;
Belt conveyor line: unloading part, books need to be transported to the die cutting position on the conveyor line;
Module: material clamping guide, driving the chuck to move back and forth, left and right;
Clamping structure: the chuck is driven by the cylinder, and the back of the book is clamped and sent to the die cutting position;
Receiving and transporting line: After the die cutting, it is the receiving line to collect the finished products.
3. Maintenance method
The moving parts of the punching machine should be frequently coated with lubricating oil to ensure smooth movement; the rotating part of the punching motor needs to check the circuit from time to time to prevent wire aging;
The module part should be used with lubricating oil, and the motion friction part should be sprayed with anti-rust oil, that is, to ensure that the chuck moves normally;
Roller material distribution structure part needs to check frequently whether the screw is loose, whether the bearing is intact, and whether the electric eye is normal, to ensure the normal operation of the machine;
For the motor part, the motor and the transport belt of the transportation line need to be tested and repaired frequently;
Cylinder, check whether the structure of the cylinder moves normally;
Check the electrical installation board of the whole machine, and check the circuit.
When users use the machine, they must always observe the operation status of the machine.
